The sponsor needed a refinance of a floating high interest SBA loan. LFCP secured a non recourse 10 year fixed rate, full term IO, CMBS product at 7.74%. Additionally, This loan allowed the Sponsor to cashout funds needed to develop an adjacent self storage development site.
